If you’re looking at offering extra space as a venue owner, then this might mean expanding or upgrading your current outdoor premises. Perhaps you are an established hotel looking to further expand with a new, unique experience or you could even be looking to start a potential peaceful retreat from scratch?

Whatever your ambition, our high quality insulated modular garden rooms are ideal for creating extra bedrooms for guests - with the highest specifications available to suit every need.

When building a hospitality venue, our buildings are built using energy-efficient, structurally insulated panels (SIPS) for the walls, floor and roof. We use ‘mini’ SIPs panels for the splines between the panels to make sure the building is fully insulated and that there aren’t any ‘cold bridging’ areas. SIPs panels are lightweight and strong allowing for a quicker and easier installation, and capable of withstanding the most extreme of weather conditions. The result is a strong and energy efficient venue that can entertain guests all year round.

The preferred method of foundation system for our buildings is galvanised steel pile foundations to a depth of 1200mm overwrapped with a DPC layer and then laser levelled to ensure a completely flat platform to build up from. Ground screw foundations are used as the perfect solution for building on areas that are uneven, not easily accessed or sloping and are faster to install than concrete and are less invasive on the ground and surrounding wildlife. Longer piles may be needed at an additional cost if the ground conditions aren’t ideal.

We can provide alternative foundations such as concrete bases or jack pads if they better suit your needs. Our team will carry out a free site survey to determine the best system for your venue.

For something a little smaller, then a garden pod could be what you’re looking for. Each pod is designed with the intention of offering an attractive and practical self-contained space built for durability, warmth and strong against adverse weather conditions, which for venue owners would be perfect for having guests throughout the year.

If you’re in the hospitality sector and looking to take the next step for outdoor accommodation, or undecided on whether to choose one of our garden rooms, one of our pods or maybe one of our shepherd huts then feel free to contact us. We’ll assist you in how your vision and ideas can be implemented, and then once the process starts you won’t need to worry about anything as we’ll keep you updated step-by-step.
